Think small

As part of the iniative to embrace the brands’s premium heritage and expertise in coffee, Starbucks created small lot coffees, roasted on site in their Seattle Roastery. Coffees from around the world were packaged in a program as unique as the coffees themselves.

Local flavor

Simple and elegant bags allowed labels representing the coffee’s place of origin to entice the eye, while allowing a modular system that was easily customized.

The scoop

The bags for hand scooped coffees offered at the Seattle Roastery were created with the location’s black and copper design elements in mind. Each bag came with a coffee card, detailing the coffee within.

Tasting cards gave information on the notes and the roast, while coffee cards gave details on the place of origin and how each coffee was created.
